Return Policy Ever-breeze
At Ever-breeze, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We understand that you may sometimes change your mind about a purchase, or that a product may not fully meet your expectations. That's why we offer a customer-friendly return policy.


Return Period
- You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
- For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing period.


Return Conditions

Unused Products
- Products must be in original, undamaged condition
- Products must be in their original packaging
- All original labels and seals must be intact
- The diffuser must be complete with all components

Used Products
- Perfume bottles cannot be returned after opening for hygienic reasons
- Diffusers can be returned within 30 days, even after use, if they do not function to your satisfaction

Non-returnable Items
- Opened perfume bottles (for hygienic reasons)
- Personalized products
- Corporate gifts with company logo
- Gift cards

Return Process

Register Your Return
- Log in to your account at www.ever-breeze.com
- Go to 'My Orders'
- Select the order and items you wish to return
- Fill out the return form

Packaging
- Carefully package the products in their original packaging
- Include the completed return form
- Ensure the products cannot be damaged during transport

Shipping
- Use the prepaid return label (if applicable)
- Send the package via a recognized carrier
- Keep your shipping proof until the return is processed

Refund
- After receipt and inspection of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days
- The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase
- Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product was received defective or damaged

Defective or Damaged Products

- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours
- If possible, include photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a free replacement or refund
- Return costs for defective products will be reimbursed by Ever-breeze

Subscriptions

- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your online account
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to use your subscription for the current month
- Products already shipped within the subscription are subject to the regular return policy
- No refund will be provided for products already delivered within the subscription
